To visualize data with the help of ChatGPT, go to the ChatGPT 4 link provided in the earlier session. In ChatGPT 4, there is a default option enabled to upload a sheet. We need to upload the sheet to see the visualization.
The sheet contains essential data for a CEO or a company head, such as order ID, order date, ship mode, customer ID, customer name, geographical information, category, sales quantity, discount, and profit details.
To begin, load the Excel sheet and inspect its contents, including the names of the sheets and the data they contain. The sheet should contain orders, people, sheet one, and sheet two.
Next, let’s analyze the total profit by region. Load the order sheet from the Excel file and plot the resulting data as a column chart.
Similarly, we can analyze the total profit by order date using a line chart. Download the line chart for further analysis.
Now, let’s calculate the percentage of total sales that come from each ship mode on the same date. The resulting data can be represented as a column chart.
To visualize the distribution of ship mode by state, a stacked bar chart can be an effective representation.
Next, let’s analyze the discount by segment and category. We can create a grouped bar chart to visually represent the median discount values.
Finally, let’s explore the top five profit-generating states. Create a bar chart representing the top five profit-generating states and download the chart.
Visualization plays a crucial role in understanding and analyzing data. It provides a visual representation that is easier to interpret than raw data. With the help of ChatGPT, we can easily generate various types of charts and graphs to analyze data and gain valuable insights.
