Utilizing GPT to Improve Your Brand Communications

Hi, I’m Laura Templeton with 30 Second Success, and I’m excited to bring another quick video to you, a helpful tip about how to utilize GPT to improve your brand communications. I love talking about attracting your ideal clients and teaching people how to actually truncate their time in building great content with the help of GPT and the tools available to us in today’s day and age.

One of the questions I get a lot from clients is how to manage all the conversations in their feed. It can get overwhelming when you start to really build out your conversations with chat. You find yourself searching for specific chats and it becomes difficult to find what you’re looking for. Today, I want to talk about creating your own filing system for your chat conversations.

To create a filing system, you can start by editing the title of your conversation. On the left-hand side, you’ll see a list of chats. By giving each chat a specific title, you can easily identify and find them later. For example, you can use tags like lead magnet, LinkedIn, client avatars, etc., to categorize your chats.

Another useful feature is the ability to export your chat data. By going to Settings and selecting Data Controls, you can export all your conversations. It’s recommended to do this regularly, at least once a month, to ensure you have a backup of your important chats.
