Using ChatGPT to Improve Coding Skills

Hey there! I’ve been using ChatGPT a lot in the past couple of weeks and I’m impressed with the things it can do. I thought it was just a normal chatbot, but it can actually do a lot of interesting things. One idea I had was how beginner programmers can use ChatGPT to get better at coding. One suggestion is to use ChatGPT to come up with coding challenges or projects. For example, you can ask ChatGPT for a beginner coding project and it can give you some ideas. Another suggestion is to use ChatGPT as a learning tool. You can ask it questions or for information, similar to using Google. One coding project idea I came up with is a finance app. You can build an app that takes your credit card transactions and categorizes them into different budget categories. This way, you can track how much you’re spending in each category. Even if you don’t have a credit card, you can use a sample transactions file to play with the app. It’s a fun and practical project that can help you learn fundamental programming concepts.

I've also shared 15 different coding projects in the video, including the Fibonacci sequence and the hello world program. One project I suggest is a calculator. You can start with a basic calculator and then add more features, like a factorial calculator. I've provided sample code in C for the calculator project. In the video, I explained how the code works and made some improvements. I used user-friendly input and added a loop control variable to allow the user to perform multiple calculations. I also received feedback from ChatGPT, suggesting input validation and advanced features like handling more operations and providing a history of calculations.
