Hello, my dear friends! Welcome to my channel. This is Deepesh from Cyberwolves.ai, and I would like to show you some of the ways by which you can use ChatGPT to become better at your work.
Today, I would like to explain how you can use ChatGPT to do risk analysis. Say you are a small and medium enterprise owner and own a shop selling cupcakes, and you would like to know what are the risks to your business. In that case, I would ask ChatGPT to provide me the possible risks to my business.
Normally, you would expect a risk management expert to provide you with the response by analyzing your business, and they may charge some money for it. But in this case, we will use ChatGPT and expect it to give me the response.
So let us see how ChatGPT can actually provide you with that response. In order to do so, you have to keep some things in mind. You have to imagine that ChatGPT is like a real person, and you need to be very good at communicating with that real person. Imagine that ChatGPT is the risk management expert, so you give that imaginary ChatGPT person the case that ChatGPT needs to analyze.
Let me give that case first. So in this case, I will explain to ChatGPT, ‘Hi, I am an owner of a cupcake shop in San Diego, and I sell around 200 cupcakes a day near the University of San Diego. My customers are students and the general public, as well as tourists. I charge $1.50 USD for the standard, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly cupcakes, and I charge $1.20 for the standard with cream and regular decorations. I open my shop for 12 hours a day and do not accept online payment. I do not sell by e-commerce or online means.’
So here, I’m providing a way by which I create a kind of risks to my business so that ChatGPT can actually analyze my business in a specific way.
Under this condition, act as a risk analyst and provide me the possible risks to my business that I could face over the next 12 months. Please provide me 10 points in increasing severity.
So let me ask this question to ChatGPT and let me see how it answers.
You can see that I already got some of the answers. Alright, so it has given me 10 possible risks to my business. Let me see what those risks are.
So they say the seasonal fluctuations, holidays, and summers might see high sales. Academic breaks could lead to lower food traffic. They also mention some general risks like supply chain disruptions, competition, health regulations, and so on. It has also given me a risk related to my gluten-free product and vegan-friendly cupcakes. There is a risk of cross-contamination of allergens. You can also see there are price pressures. If your costs increase due to inflation or supply chain issues, you may have to consider raising your prices. It also mentions some of the negative online reviews. Although you don’t sell online, customers will still leave reviews on various platforms. It also mentions some of the natural disasters and pandemics that I should be careful about, as California has events of wildfires and possible earthquakes.
So it is pretty much good at giving me 10 possible risks to my business. So I hope that you could get some idea of how you can frame your question and ask ChatGPT to give you a solution based on that.
In this, you can see that I have specified my case very clearly, and then I have asked ChatGPT to act as a risk analyst. I also provided a specific requirement that I want possible near-term risks, and I also specified that I want to see what kind of risks I’ll face over the next 12 months. I also said that I want 10 points, so it is very specific, and it has given me 10 points.
Okay, so here you can see you can regenerate as well. Then it will try to give me a slightly better answer. Yeah, so it is trying to regenerate the answer again. It is always good to regenerate and see whether the answers are similar. It is like asking two different risk analysts for their risk assessment so that you can get a better view of your business.
So you can see that it has given me almost similar results. So I can be quite sure that these are my potential risks.
That’s all that I wanted to explain in this video. I hope you liked the video. If you like the video, please subscribe to my channel and give me a thumbs up. Please also comment on what other ways I can help you to explain how to use ChatGPT in a better way.
In the next video, I’ll pick up some of those topics, and I will show you how to use ChatGPT. I’m using ChatGPT, the paid version. I have APIs by which I can programmatically ask questions as well. So if you want me to write some particular program or app, then I’ll also show you how to develop those programs and apps in the coming videos.
Please keep looking to my channel. I’ll have much more episodes using ChatGPT, and I’m very excited to use this product. I will develop some of the apps and also explain to you how you can do good prompt engineering and how you can use ChatGPT in your daily lives to enhance your business and enhance your work on a day-to-day basis. How you can reduce costs by using ChatGPT, which is definitely a very good tool.
See you in the next video. Till then, bye-bye. Have a nice day!
