Welcome to this video where I will demonstrate how to use automation of bots to summarize different files. This technique utilizes artificial intelligence. In this demonstration, I will use three different word documents.
The first document contains news from El Salvador written in Spanish. The second document focuses on the automation of robotic products or RPA. Lastly, we will summarize the privacy policy of our company, Pass Group.
To begin the process, simply click on the provided Pod file. It will prompt you to input the desired actions for the bot. In this case, I will ask the bot to act as a reporter. Next, we will provide instructions to create a summary of the document.
Although I am making this request in English, you can also use other languages. The bot will provide the same result.
After selecting the folder with the content to summarize and the folder to save the summarized content, the bot will read the content and provide a notification with the created summary. The summary will be written into a Word document.
You can see the results of the summarized documents in the provided examples. The bot will summarize the document in the same language as the original file, unless specified to translate the answers.
To summarize the last document, repeat the process by clicking on the bot file. The configuration provided earlier will be retained. You can choose to use the same command or create a new one to process the new document.
In this case, I will create a new command asking the bot to act as a lawyer and request a summary of the document. I will also provide a new file location.
