Using AI Translation to Improve Communication

Using AI Translation to Improve Communication

Want to show something that I was playing around with a couple days ago. Some inspiration from the city of Whitewater Wisconsin and John Wydell. Over there, let me paste this in here real quick. Actually, the wrong one. Give me one second. I need to use the GPT 4 model. So let’s go back to New ChatGPT4. The reason why we’re using GPT4 is because we’re going to use this Hey Gen plugin. Let’s paste this back in here. What we’re doing here is getting some inspiration again from John Wydell in Whitewater Wisconsin, the city manager over there. He was talking about using ChatGPT to do some translation work. He had a document he wanted to translate into Spanish because he has a significant portion of his population that are multilingual learners. He wanted to communicate with them, and before he would have to use some kind of translator service, which could be costly. So he was curious about whether or not Hey Gen could do the same thing and if it could put things into video. Let’s try the same thing and see what happens in the English version. The city of Whitewater Wisconsin public works department is closing the northbound lane of South Whitton Street between West Peck Street and West Highland Street. The lane is expected to be closed from 9 A.M to 4 P.M from July 21st to July 25th for utility work. Drivers should slow down and watch out for workers. This tool is a great way to increase engagement and the ability for all community members to stay informed and stay engaged with their local government or their local organization. Let me know what you think and thanks for watching.
