So I’m about to go to the grocery store and do a grocery haul, but this haul was made by AI. I just got into chatGPT and realized how useful it is for answering all the questions I have. I asked it to give me a meal plan for the macros I’m trying to hit every day, and it provided me with four days worth of meal plans. Normally, I tend to cook the same thing all the time, like beef and rice, tuna and rice, salmon and rice. It’s easy but can get boring. So I asked chatGPT to create a more interesting meal plan for me, and it even generated a grocery list.
I went to the grocery store and bought all the necessary ingredients. I got chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, African vegetables, asparagus, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, yogurt, brown rice, and some bread. The total cost of the haul from Whole Foods was $123. I know I could probably get better deals on some of the produce at a farmer’s market, but I prefer places like Whole Foods for meat.
I’m excited to meal prep these healthy meals and continue my fitness journey. Finding a good balance for a diet can be challenging, but with the help of AI, I now have variety in my meals. I used to eat the same thing every day, but now I have meal plan ideas to follow. It’s great to have someone or something to guide me in what to make. Variety is fun, and I’m looking forward to trying out these new recipes.
