Let me walk you through step by step how to set it up on your phone and how to activate the voice so you can chat back and forth and use those times you have, like when you’re walking the dog, to work on your business. Okay, I’m using an iPhone. I’m in the App Store and I’m going to type in ChatGPT. There are a ton of apps that look like ChatGPT, but actually aren’t. So make sure that you see the right logo. These even look similar, but this ChatGPT is the actual logo we need. So I’m going to tap on the cloud to download it. Okay, this is done. Now let’s open it.
Now you have to sign in. This actually only works with the pro account. I highly encourage you to get that. ChatGPT 4 is insanely powerful. It has plugins to let you connect to the internet, PDF check. Our other videos if you want to learn how to do that. But if you have ChatGPT 4, now you can actually talk to it. Let’s set this up.
I’m going to log in with Google here. If you haven’t used the phone app, it’s pretty cool because all the chats you have on your desktop are now also available on your phone. That means if you’re on the go and you want to continue a conversation you’re having, you can actually do that now. This screen we can just ignore. There are a few warnings, so we go to continue. Now, this is the actual chat screen we have. You know that you could just start typing a message, and you could also just record a message. This is not new. You could click on this little button here and grant ChatGPT access to your microphone, and then now I can start recording and talk. Something like, ‘Hey ChatGPT, give me an idea for a Facebook post about artificial intelligence.’ Hit stop, and it will convert this to text, and I have to press actually send, and then it will give me ideas for Facebook posts. Pretty cute. This is not what we need. We need to click on this little headphone icon on the top right corner, and then you say, ‘Choose a voice.’ And so there are different ways that you can choose from.

Let’s go with Skype for now. If you want to change the voice, you go to the three little dots on the top, then you go to settings, and then you go scroll down and there’s a voice. And then you can go to another voice.
Hi there, I just want to share. And also, um, there is haptic feedback, which I don’t really like. Um, this is that it vibrates every time something’s happening or it’s typing. So I’m going to turn that off. And then under new features, you have to actually, uh, slide. Make sure that the slider here is pointed to the right, which will give you access to the voice conversations.
