Hello and welcome! Welcome to ChatGPT for recruiters. We are a one-stop shop resource for seasoned recruiters who want to unleash their recruitment potential when it comes to ChatGPT, while still reminiscing about 90s Nostalgia and being able to immerse themselves with AI innovation.
The reason why ChatGPT for recruiters was started is because we recognized the need to bridge the gap between seasoned recruiters who have been through all of the paradigm shifts when it comes to recruiting. We have been here since the Clinton Administration, so we saw the dot-com bust and the advent of the internet job boards. We used faxes and rolodexes back in the day, but we adapted and got things done.
Then came the internet and we had to fax our job requisitions to sites like Monster (formerly known as headhunter.net). We had to adjust and adapt to the changing times. We also faced challenges like the housing bust of 2008 and the weird nuances of 2013. But we got through it all.
And then came COVID. It was a tough time, but we’re still here. We were here pre-internet, we were here at the wall of the job boards, and we have experienced all the paradigm shifts of recruitment. We’re recruiters, and that’s what we do. We adapt, we focus, we pivot, and we keep it moving.
But then, out of nowhere, comes this thing called ChatGPT. What is ChatGPT? It is a form of artificial intelligence (AI). And with that said, it is not going anywhere. It is not a TikTok trend. It is here to stay.
As seasoned recruiters, we have to pivot and adapt one more time. That’s why we are all here today. We’re going to make it fun. This is going to be a 90s throwback party, filled with nostalgia and references from Friends to Living Single to Martin to Golden Girls. We’re going to learn ChatGPT and all of its ancestors. We’re going to conquer this together.
