Welcome back to WebCad for AI, where we do daily videos on artificial intelligence for your personal and business life. In today’s video, we’re going to be looking at the plugin of a Plux TM in order to see how we can leverage it for Chadbt and finding trademarks for businesses. As always, if you don’t have plugins enabled, make sure you have a Chadbt Plus account, then go to settings beta and enable it from here. Though we have it enabled into our Chadbt chat, here let’s go ahead and ask what are the capabilities of this plugin to get a general idea of what it can do. Let me see what are the capabilities of this plugin.
It looks like you can do trademark classification recommendation and trademark name analysis. Let’s go ahead and structure this tutorial by asking very simple questions and then going to very advanced questions and seeing what it can do. Let’s start something simple. Here, we’re going to say, ‘What nice classification should I choose for my coffee shop business?’ Let’s go to see how it structures its outputs.
Alright, so as you see here, it recommends three different classes. Class 35 covers advertising, business management, organization, and administration, and other functions. Class 43 is related to services for providing food and drink. Class 30 includes coffee, tea, cocoa, artificial coffee, bread, and so on. This is pretty cool. It really does the job of what a trademark attorney would typically do in this context. We’ll be able to get a general idea of maybe the class we want to file a trademark for. Let’s go ahead and probe this a little bit further. Here, we’re going to say, ‘Can you analyze the trademark name Tech boost?’ And let’s go and see how it interprets and how it analyzes specific trademark terms we may be looking to trademark. Alright, so this actually is pretty cool. Here, so we got the brand name Tech boost, we got the industry description, technology startup entrepreneurship, and then it essentially took the two different parts of that name there. Tech, this is part of the trademark, it is descriptive as it directly refers to technology. And then boost, this part of the trademark is non-descriptive and it doesn’t directly describe the technology industry but rather conveys a sense of enhancement or improvement. Now, one thing I want to point out which I thought would have been really cool is if it was able to essentially search through the trademark directories and then maybe see if there would be any conflicts. That would be cool. Maybe you’d have to enable another plugin that gives us access to that specific database, but for now, it seems like this plugin is working pretty fine. Let’s go ahead and combine both its capabilities into one question. Here, we’re gonna say, ‘I want to register a trademark for a new line of organic skincare products. Can you recommend the appropriate and nice classification and analyze the name for Nature Glow?’ Let’s see what it comes up with.
Alright, cool. So it looks like it does have the capability to apply both of its features here. So we got an industry description and we have the description of the underlying marks, Nature and Glow. This part of the trademark is descriptive and it refers to the natural organic aspect of the skincare products. Glow, this part refers to the effect that the skincare products can aim to provide for the skin. And then we jump down here, it says the combined term of Nature Glow is considered non-descriptive and it does not directly describe the specific products but rather conveys a sense of natural radiance and glow. It also continues by saying as the nice classifications typically skincare products fall under Class 3, which includes cosmetics and cleaning preparation. But then it does kind of go a little further here, essentially saying we should consult a trademark attorney in this context. I bet I could probe this further though to really try to get maybe the top three classes. So let’s go to ask, so in this context, what would be the top three trademark classes?
Now, I’ll say this is pretty cool, especially if you are a trademark lawyer because I mean, this is going to really expedite time. I’ve done a trademark in the past and maybe I’m doing Command F to really find the class that would associate best with the product or service we’re selling at the time. But this is pretty cool here. This really allows you to find classes that are relevant for the industry you’re in. As you see, if you probe a little bit further here, it does provide three possible classes that can fall under the specific product we’re dealing with here. I think if it provided more information about the underlying product, it’d probably be able to fine-tune the chat a little bit better. Let’s go ahead and end this tutorial off with a super complex question. Here, we’re gonna say, ‘I need to register trademarks for multiple subsidiaries in various industries, including automotive, food processing, and entertainment. Can you provide a comprehensive recommendation of nice classifications, related international classes, and pre-approved goods and services items for each industry?’ And see how it approaches this.
And there we go. It provides a comprehensive list of each industry and its relevant classes that could possibly fall within the product or service we were selling. Seems like a pretty powerful plugin in the sense of starting a business and understanding what trademark classes and specific niches you’d be looking for.
