Let’s say, for example, you want to learn about Citrix Administration. You open ChatGPT and you want to learn about Citrix technology. So, let’s type something in the prompt first: ‘I am quite new to Citrix Administration and interested to learn more about it. Could you please explain what is this technology about in a few lines?’
Now, let’s see how ChatGPT responds. It’s giving some details. Citrix is a technology that enables remote access and virtualization of applications and desktops. It allows users to access their workspaces, applications, and data from anywhere using various devices like laptops, smartphones, or tablets.
As a new person who is completely new to Citrix, you may find this language a bit challenging to understand because you are completely new to Citrix and it is using some complex terminologies. In that case, what you can do is use the beauty of ChatGPT. Please explain the same thing to a five-year-old kid or a seven-year-old kid who is in fifth grade. Now, ChatGPT is going to explain the same thing in a very easy and understandable manner.
Let’s see how it goes. If you see the answer, it is not at all complicated. It is very easy to understand because now ChatGPT is explaining to a kid, so it is going to use that kind of terminology for the kid to understand. It says, ‘Sure, imagine you have a magic computer that can let you play all your favorite games and use all your favorite apps no matter where you are. Citrix is a bit like that magic computer. It helps grown-ups at work to do their jobs from anywhere. They don’t need to be at their office desk to use special work programs or read emails. They can use Citrix to do it from their home computer, a tablet, or even a phone.’
Now, what you can do is, for us, sometimes when we are new to some technology or some concepts, we find it challenging to understand. In that case, what we can do is, you can put the same question, ‘Could you please explain the same concept or the same technology to a 10-year-old kid or a seventh-grade kid?’ If you put that question, it is going to explain everything in a very easy and understandable manner.
What it does is, it helps you understand the technology in a very easy manner so that you can grasp the information and use that information to attend interviews or do great work at your job.
