Hello YouTube! Are you tired of preparing not-so-great PowerPoint presentations? Well, you’ve come to the right place. Today, we are going to transform those ordinary slides into engaging and impressive ones using Chat GPD. Say goodbye to boring slides and hello to game-changing PowerPoint presentations!
To start your journey, head over to Chat GPD. Simply open your web browser and navigate to the Chat GPD platform. Type ‘Chat GPD’ and hit enter. Once you’re on the Chat GPD platform, it’s time to start a conversation. Type in the prompt that begins with ‘I want to create a presentation regarding…’ followed by the topic you want to create a PowerPoint presentation about. This is your creative stage to show your journey. For example, you can create a PowerPoint presentation regarding AI usage and history, artificial intelligence pros and cons, and artificial intelligence trends.
Once you’ve provided the details about the points you want to include in your presentation, hit enter. Chat GPD will start creating slides for you. You will see slide names, subtitles, and content. If you don’t want all the suggested slides, you can ask Chat GPD to trim the presentation to a specific number of slides.
Once you’re satisfied with the content, copy the entire data and head to Microsoft 365 or Office Microsoft 365 on your web browser. Click on ‘Word’ to open a Word document. Click on ‘Blank Document’ and paste the data from Chat GPD into the Word document.
Now, click on ‘File’, then ‘Export’, and select the option ‘Export to PowerPoint Presentation Preview’. All the data will be automatically converted into PowerPoint slides with various themes. You can select the theme that suits you best. Click on ‘Export’ and wait for the slides to be prepared.
Once the slides are ready, click on ‘Open Presentations’ and your PowerPoint presentation is ready to view. You can click on ‘PowerPoint View’ or ‘Slideshow View’ to see all your data converted into slides.
