There are two new artificial intelligence tools that were recently launched that I want to tell you about. Today, the first one is a tool from a company called Anthropic and it’s called Claude. If you want to access it, you can go to plot.ai. Claude is a direct competitor to ChatGPT. In fact, for the last week, I’ve been using Claude to do some of the same things that I use ChatGPT for, and I am very impressed. I believe that Claude is a little bit more up to date than GPT. The data that ChatGPT was trained on is cut off from September 2021, while Claude is more advanced and up to date in terms of the data it is trained on. It’s trained on millions of data and can do some amazing stuff. Pretty much a lot of the things that you can do with ChatGPT, you can do with Claude. So go ahead, check out Claude.ai and tell me what you think. I really like it and I’m enjoying it. I still use ChatGPT, but of all the ChatGPT competitors that I’ve found, including Google’s BAR, I feel like Claude is the one that really has me excited.
The other tool is called Warm GPT, and it’s like ChatGPT’s evil twin. Warm GPT was built for cyber criminals and is a dangerous version of ChatGPT. It was created by black hat hackers for malicious activities. While ChatGPT has ethical guardrails to prevent misuse, Warm GPT lacks those safeguards, making it capable of creating persuasive, efficient emails and even generating harmful quotes. While ChatGPT is designed for positive and helpful interaction, Warm GPT is tailored to be a cyber criminal’s best friend. It makes executing sophisticated BEC attacks more accessible to a wider range of cyber criminals, even those with limited skills. Warm GPT’s AI capabilities enable the creation of emails that appear legitimate and professional, lowering the barrier to entry for cybercrime. This ease of use is a concerning development in the world of cybersecurity.
Now, more than ever, we need to take cybersecurity seriously. Warm GPT poses a significant threat, and cyber criminals have access to this tool, making their crimes and scams much easier. We must be vigilant and take particular attention to protect ourselves online, our data, and everything about us in the digital space. Cybersecurity measures are crucial in safeguarding against these threats.
