So while I agree that there are a couple of things in real estate that can hinder most realtors from achieving their sales objectives or goals, I won’t believe that one particular challenge, right or sometimes I call it oversight, actually the devil most realtors that have come to relate with. I may be deviling them in the sense that it hinders them from achieving sales goals. Most realtors go online these days to promote their products, to market their services, but just a few of them are doing exactly what I want to teach in this particular video. And I tell you for a fact, just a few of them. And how do I know this? I’ve related with realtors for more than eight years, and I can tell you for a fact that just a sprinkle of realtors do this particular thing I want to talk about in this video. If you don’t set online marketing goals for your real estate business, you most likely will not succeed. I don’t mean to say you won’t make sales. I mean you make sales, but you most likely will not reach your sales peak. Right, so goal setting is very important. And I’ll share my screen right away and I will share with you how to set up goals and what type of goal do you need to set, what method, what framework do you employ in setting up a goal. Let me show you quickly what I mean by this. So let’s ask ChatGPT to do something very nice. I simply say, ‘I need to make 600 million naira in real estate sales online. Can you produce a goal framework using the OKR framework? Include the daily initiative also.’ Alright, so let’s see if you can pull this through. Absolutely, I can help you create a goal framework using OKR. So this is it. OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results. It means setting up your overall objective, sometimes we call it the WIG (Widely Important Goals). These are the goals that, if you don’t achieve this particular goal, every other thing you do with your online marketing efforts is a waste of time. So we have the objectives, also for the widely important goals, and then of course we have the key results, from where we can extract the key performance indicators. And then last but not least, we have the daily initiatives. So the OKR is simply Objectives and Key Results framework. Apart from this, I also like using the backward goal framework. Now, the backward goal framework simply allows you to work yourself from behind. For instance, I want to achieve 600 million dollars in sales in six months. Right, so I need to start looking at it from here. So from the top, right, you need to begin to walk downwards or walk upwards on the answer. So let’s say, for instance, what do I need to do today, tomorrow, like begin to work yourself upward. Right, so backward goal framework allows you to walk yourself from behind, like walk backward, right, take some steps backward, I mean calculated and step by step approaches backward to really nail your goals. I wouldn’t be going into details for this backward goal framework. I’ll simply use or share with you the OKR framework. So it’s going to be completely practical, and I’m very sure you will enjoy it. So please stick with me while I walk you through all of this. Say, for instance, you want to make 600 million naira in sales in 12 months. Right, so let’s get into this. Let’s see how this works. We are going to employ ChatGPT. If you don’t have a ChatGPT account, you may want to sign up. It’s actually very straightforward and simple. Just go to chats.openai.com. It takes you to an account sign-up page. You sign up very seamlessly. So when you’re done signing up with ChatGPT, you are going to be seeing something like this. So look at all the things I’ve researched, like so many. So I’m going to command ChatGPT to do something very nice. Right, I simply say, ‘I need to make 600 million naira in real estate sales online. Can you produce a goal framework using the OKR framework? Include the daily initiative also.’ Alright, so let’s see if you can pull this through. ‘Absolutely, I can help you create a goal framework using OKR.’ So this is it. ChatGPT pulls out all of this. But then we’ll get into our Google Docs. Now, and then we’ll set this up. There are so many things you can do here. Because I’ve seen a couple of realtors do digital marketing. They do Facebook, they do Twitter, they do LinkedIn, they do just about so many things in digital marketing. But if you ask them, they really do not know how all of these things gel together to help anyone get results. You cannot continue to do Facebook advertising if you don’t understand what exactly you want to achieve with Facebook. You cannot continue to run Google advertising if you don’t know how exactly Google advertising is going to work for you. Right? How exactly did you know Instagram is going to work for you if you don’t know how to merge all of them together to get results? So first of all, the very first step is understanding where exactly you are headed. Do you get? So the same thing is applicable to real estate sales online and of course setting up goals as well. Alright, so let’s study this together. It says the very first objective is to increase online visibility and reach. Right? So in order to make 600 million naira in real estate sales online, I need to make 600 million in real estate sales online in six months. Right? So it says the very first one is to drive revenue growth online in real estate sales, and the key result here is to achieve 600 million in online sales within six months. Increase the average transaction value by 30% compared to the previous month. Acquire 10 high net worth clients who contribute significantly to total sales. So the daily initiative is to look at all of that here. So this breaks down everything for you. And of course, if I were you, I’ll simply copy all of this and then I will head over to my Google Docs. Alright, so this is pasted already. Now, this is a simple goal-setting framework document for you using OKR. So this allows you to know everything you are going to be doing.
