First of all, open your web browser and type ‘chatgpt’. This will take you to the official page of this free AI tool. Here, you can see two options: the free version and the paid version. We will be using the free version for this purpose.
To create an auto presentation, we will be developing VBA code. In the prompt bar, paste the prompt that you have already copied. You can customize the prompt to develop VBA code around the area of your interest.
Once you are done with typing the prompt, hit enter. ChatGPT will start creating the VBA code. Wait for a while until it’s complete.
Next, open PowerPoint and click on the developer icon to activate it. If it is already available, you can skip this step.
Copy the VBA code and paste it in the Visual Basic module. Now, you can see an automatic PowerPoint presentation with various slides and auto text filled.
To make the presentation more attractive, click on the design tab and choose specific designs for each slide. You can also explore more designs to find the one that suits your needs.
Once you are satisfied with the designs, save the presentation and close all the windows.
