Then you will land on the official page of this free AI tool. Here we have chatGPT 3.5 and chatGPT 4. In order to use chatGPT 4, we need to pay $20 per month. But don’t panic, we are using the free version, chatGPT 3.5.
Here is the search bar, and in this search bar, we have to type the topic around which we want to create a PowerPoint presentation. But you have to use the same prompt to get the same sort of results. So, I am interested in how technology can improve teaching and learning processes. Therefore, I will type it and then further I will ask this free AI tool to generate a PowerPoint presentation text.
Once we are done with the typing, then we will hit enter, and this AI will generate an outline of the presentation. So, here we have the outline of our presentation. We can see it has created slides and automatically filled the text as well.
Now, you just want the headings without the slide numbers. So, I will ask chatGPT to write the same text above and ask to remove the word ‘slide’ and the number. Then hit enter. Now, here you can see the word ‘slide’ and the slide number has been removed from each heading.
Once you are done with this, you will copy the entire text. Now, we have to open Microsoft Word and choose a blank file. Paste the entire text in the file. Remove the blank spaces between the text. Define the heading levels. Set the introduction as level one and the text under it as level two. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the slide outlines.
Once you are done with defining the heading levels, select the entire text and change its color to black. Save the file. Now, open Microsoft PowerPoint and choose a blank slide. Click on ‘Outline’ and choose the Word file you just saved. The entire outline will appear in the PowerPoint presentation.
Make changes in the design for each slide to make your presentation appealing and attractive. You can also make changes in the main heading or text by clicking on it. Once done with the changes, open it in presentation view.
