Optimizing Your Prompt Structure for Better Results

Optimizing Your Prompt Structure for Better Results

Okay, let’s talk about your Trump formula. How can you make a better prompt to get a better result or better output from the Child ship it or GPT model? So let’s first talk about the structure of that prompt. According to you, the prompt can be broken into four structures: role, context, A, and B. What is A and B? If you are confused, I will explain everything in detail. But first, let’s talk about the role. As I stated in a previous video, the role is like stating an example to make me suggest medicine for a specific illness or disease. However, it is not wise to tell people to ask for medical recommendations from a GPT model. So let’s take a different example, like asking GPT to write a story. If you simply ask GPT to write a story, you will get an output, but it may or may not be what you want. If you want a story about a specific thing in a certain genre or about a certain place, you need to define a role for GPT. For example, you can say, ‘You are a world-leading story writer or author.’ This statement defines a role for GPT to achieve. If you want GPT to be a musician, you can define that role as well. The context is also important in GPT. By context, I mean defining a certain target, format, example, output template, and tasks split. We will learn more about this in future videos. The major takeaway is to define a role for your GPT through a prompt. For example, if you want to be a YouTuber, just define that role. We will continue learning about prompt structure and how to define a prompt in further videos. Stay tuned!
