To start off, we will use a manual trigger in Basecamp to showcase how the looping feature works. We will create a new to-do and specify the project and task. This will serve as our data for manipulation.
Next, we will use the Google Sheets app to find the specific data in our spreadsheet. We will use the looping function to iterate through each line item and retrieve the caption topics, context, and readiness status.
Once we have the data, we will use the ChatGPT block to generate a social media caption based on the topic and context. We will add some HTML formatting to make the caption more presentable.
Finally, we will push the generated caption to a Google Doc using the Google Docs app. We will find the specific document and append the caption text to it.
By using looping and AI integration, we can automate the process of generating social media captions for multiple data points. This saves us time and effort compared to manually triggering the process for each data point.
