In this first episode, I want to talk about the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is here, and while some people are afraid of it, I believe there are both good and bad aspects to it. AI can provide tailored information and answers, but it can also be used to control and manipulate people. We should not rely on AI to make choices for us, as humans are the source of all information. We need to be cautious about how AI is used and not let it replace our own abilities.
I recently downloaded an AI app called ChatGPT, and it’s fascinating to see how it can generate song lyrics and answer questions. It’s a powerful tool, but we need to be mindful of its potential misuse. As an African Millennial, I wonder where Africa stands in the AI revolution. Are we pioneers or just followers? I’m tired of being a follower and want Africa to lead the way in embracing and shaping AI for the better.
In conclusion, AI is a vast field of information with both positive and negative implications. It’s important to use AI responsibly and not let it control us.
