My Experience with ChatGPT and Translation Errors

My Experience with ChatGPT and Translation Errors

Hi, welcome to Creative Academy YouTube channel. In this video, I would like to share my experience with ChatGPT and the issues I encountered with translation errors.

During my interaction with ChatGPT, I decided to generate a quiz about countries and capitals. However, I noticed some errors in the translations provided by ChatGPT. As we know, ChatGPT learns from human interactions and improves over time. So, I provided corrections for the incorrect translations and informed ChatGPT about the errors.

To illustrate, let’s take the example of the translation of ‘Kuala Lumpur’. The translation provided by ChatGPT was incorrect. I compared it with the translation from Google and informed ChatGPT about the error. ChatGPT acknowledged the mistake and accepted the correct translation provided by me.

Similarly, I tested the translation of other countries and capitals, such as Tokyo and Pyongyang. In most cases, ChatGPT provided accurate translations after I corrected the errors.

However, I noticed that the Telugu translation was consistently poor. Almost every line of Telugu translation had errors. I reported these errors to ChatGPT and provided the correct translations. I hope that ChatGPT will incorporate better translation capabilities, especially for Telugu, in the future.

It is important to report errors to ChatGPT as it learns from our interactions. By providing feedback and correct translations, we can help improve the system for future users.

In conclusion, while ChatGPT and artificial intelligence have the potential to assist us, there are still improvements to be made. It is crucial to address translation errors and provide feedback to ensure better accuracy and reliability. Thank you for watching and stay tuned for more updates on my interactions with ChatGPT.
