For those who don’t know, I invest in properties for Airbnb and also manage other people’s properties on Airbnb. ChatGPT is a pretty useful tool when it comes to managing and investing in properties for Airbnb.
One of the ways I use ChatGPT is for writing actual Airbnb listing headlines and descriptions. I have a format that I follow for how I write a really good winning Airbnb title and listing description. Sometimes, my creative juices aren’t flowing as well as I’d like them to be, and that’s where ChatGPT comes in. I can feed into ChatGPT what my preferred structure is, and it can write the description for me. It’s also great for writing captions underneath photos.
Another use case for ChatGPT is refining my message templates. I use it to improve my message templates for guest communication, such as check-in messages, checkout messages, and post-stay messages. It helps me refine my answers to frequently asked questions and create more effective messaging.
I also use ChatGPT for writing job descriptions and operations manuals. When hiring a guest communication person, I like to provide them with a well-written job description and standard operating manuals. ChatGPT can help me write a phenomenal job description and refine my operations manual.
ChatGPT is also useful for improving marketing copy and sales copy. It can help with website content, outreach messages, and attracting investors. There are so many use cases for ChatGPT, and it can really help with both creative and operational tasks.
