What’s up guys, welcome back to the course! In this video, we’re going to learn about prompt engineering for writing email templates. We’ll be utilizing a tool called H analysis to create a professional email template.
To get started, make sure you’re on the right section and select ’email’ because we want to create an email template. Enter the main topic, which is the objective of your email. For example, I’m going to try with the topic of inviting my clients for future collaborations.
Next, we need to select the subtopics. In this case, I’m going to leave it empty. Since I’m trying to convince my clients to join my project, I’ll select the persuasive tone. I want the tone to be optimistic.
Now, let’s include some keywords. I want to include the keywords ‘project’, ‘prospective’, and ‘profitable’. If there are any negative keywords to be excluded, make sure to add them as well.
Considering that my client is highly educated, I want the email template to look very professional. I’ll increase the reading grade level up to grade 12. As for the word count, I’ll go with 150 words.
Now, let’s generate the email template using JGPT. Copy the prompt and paste it into the chat. JGPT will generate the email template for you. Feel free to make any modifications to adjust it to your needs.
Once you have the email template, you can customize it based on your client’s name and specific details. Start the email with a greeting and introduce yourself. Then, extend a heartfelt invitation to collaborate on future projects. Highlight the potential for growth and the advantages of joining forces.
