Hello everyone, it’s Eugene from Promptmate. In this video, I’ll show you how to use Promptmate to create customized messages for blogger outreach in order to get backlinks. If you’re a blogger, you know that backlinking is crucial for ranking higher in search engines. One way to do this is by finding other bloggers in your niche and reaching out to them for guest posting opportunities.
To start, let’s imagine we’re in the T space niche. We’ll use a competitor analysis tool like SpyFu to gather data on our top competitor, Tformeplease.com. By checking their backlinks, we can identify potential websites for outreach.
Once we have the list of websites, we can download it in CSV format. Then, we’ll upload the CSV file to Promptmate and save it as a prompt. The prompt should be something like ‘Analyze my competitors’ backlinks and extract relevant information on their website content.’
Next, we’ll use the data extender feature to personalize our outreach messages. We’ll write a message as the owner of our T-blog, TNYC, asking for guest posting opportunities to achieve mutual backlinking benefits.
After saving and testing the data extender, we can run the book and download the results in a CSV file. Each row in the CSV file will contain a personalized message for each website on our list.
With Promptmate, you can easily create personalized guest posts for each URL on your list, saving you time and effort in building backlinks for your blog or website. Utilize the power of Promptmate to streamline your blogger outreach and content marketing strategies.
Thank you for watching, and see you in the next video!
