To begin, go to leonardo.ai and click on ‘Create Account’. Once you have created your account, you will be whitelisted and can start using the Leonardo AI interface.
In the community feed, you can see various AI art generated by other users on Leonardo. If you like any images, you can simply copy their prompts and create similar images.
Moving on to the personal feed, it shows all the images that you have created. This helps you keep a record of your art.
Now let’s explore the fine-tuned models. These models are filters that help you get your desired image. For example, if you want an animated image, choose the animation model. If you want a human-like image, choose the photo-real model.

If you want to write a prompt like a pro AI artist, use ChatGPT. Just paste the prompt to ChatGPT, and it will provide you with various high-class prompts.
Once you have written the prompt, choose the model you want and select the number of images you want to be created. You can also choose the dimension of the image. Keep in mind that each image takes two tokens.
You can enable the negative prompt and remove the things you don’t want in the image. For example, if you want to remove a tree, write ’tree’ in the negative prompt.
After generating the image, you can download it. You can also unzoom or zoom in the image, remove the background, and amplify the quality of your image.
If you want to create a human-like realistic image, enable the photo-real option and give your prompt.
If you want to generate an image based on an existing image, use the image-to-image generation feature. Just upload your image and adjust the strength of the match between the uploaded image and the generated image.
Another feature of Leonardo AI is the AI canvas. You can learn and paint or outpaint to increase or decrease the size of the image. You can also add or remove elements from the image using the draw mask option.
If you don’t like anything in the image, you can use the eraser tool to remove it.
Lastly, there is the texture generation feature. This helps you add texture to your 3D model. You can download a 3D model from G Trader, upload it to Leonardo, and generate a full texture for it.
