- Go to Extensions in your browser.
- Click on Add-ons and then click on Get Add-on.
- Search for ‘GPT for Sheets’ and select the first one, GPT Workspace, and install it.
Once installed, open your email account with this GPT extension and you can proceed.

If you want the list of animals to be listed in different cells, you can use the GPT list function. For example, you can type ’list of 10 random animals’ and it will list all the 10 random animals in different cells.
You can also create tables using the GPT table function. For example, you can type ‘create a table of shopping list with quantity and calories’ and it will create a table with the specified columns.
To see the difference between Excel and Google Spreadsheet, you can use the GPT table function with the prompt ‘difference between spreadsheet and Excel with the parameter C’. This will show you the difference between the two.
There are many more functions available in GPT. You can type ‘GPT’ to see the list of all available functions. For example, you can use the GPT edit function to edit a cell directly by providing the cell reference number. You can also use the GPT split function to split a cell based on a specific character.
