To begin, let’s learn how to create an account with ChatGPT. Creating an account is a simple process. First, you need to visit the official website of OpenAI. Once you’re on the website, click on the ChatGPT option. You will then see the options to sign up or log in. If you already have an account, click on login; otherwise, click on sign up.
When signing up, you have three login options: Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Continue with Apple. Choose the option that suits you best. After selecting an option, you will be prompted to enter your details, such as your name, GFX, birthdate, and verification number. The verification process can be completed via SMS or WhatsApp.
Once you have created your ChatGPT account, you can access two models: 3.5 and 4. The basic model, 3.5, is available for free, while the advanced model, 4, requires a monthly subscription fee of approximately $20. In our upcoming classes, I will teach you how to access ChatGPT 4 for free.
Now that you have successfully created your account, let’s explore how to use ChatGPT. Think of ChatGPT as a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. You can ask it questions or engage in a conversation, just like you would with a person. Simply type your query or request, and ChatGPT will provide you with an answer or response based on its artificial intelligence capabilities.
For example, you can ask ChatGPT to write a story for you. Type ‘Write me a story’ and ChatGPT will generate a story for you. Feel free to interact with ChatGPT and explore its capabilities.
