First, let’s go to Amazon and search for kids’ story books. We can see that there are 60,000 search results. If we refine our search and select the age range from 6 to 8, we can see that many authors are selling their paper books on Amazon, with selling prices ranging from $11.12 to $35. Some books were published on July 22, 2023, while others were published on July 17, 2023.
To analyze this niche, we will use a tool called Jungle Scout. It provides product research information, supplier information, and keywords for market analysis. We can also generate different books with titles and descriptions using the tool’s chart. This helps us with content creation.
Next, we need to know the dimensions of the book. We can check another book on Amazon and write down its dimensions. Then, we can use the Amazon KDP cover calculator to select the paperback with standard color paper and white color type. We will mention the dimensions in inches. We can download the template and create our own design using Canva. After designing the book cover, we will download it in PDF format.
Now, let’s move on to creating the pages for our book. We can use the KDP interior margin templates, which is a free platform. Once we have the template, we can copy and paste our dimensions and create the pages.
To extract keywords for our book listing, we will go back to Jungle Scout and select the ASIN of any product. We can search for keywords with a high search volume and use them in our listing.
With all the data available, we can create our book listing. We can use the Chart GPT tool to suggest five bullet points for the kids’ learning book. We can add our own research keywords to make our listing unique and improve our ranking.
Finally, we can publish our book on Amazon. Amazon will publish the paper book for us, and we can make passive income while sitting at home and relaxing.
