ChatGPT is indisputably a game changer. However, sometimes it just gives us a run around or outright refuses to do things that you know it can easily do. Getting it to generate PowerPoint slides of VBA code is no exception. However, with the right prompts and responses, you can convince it to comply with your prompt requests and get what you need.
In today’s video, I’m going to show you a few nudges and prompts that can change the course and allow you to get what you need. Let’s check it out.
First, I have a research abstract with different sections, and I want to create slides of VBA and PowerPoint based on this abstract. I also want to create an additional slide to visualize my results. I specify the sections and the number of slides I want for each section.
When I paste the prompt into ChatGPT, it initially refuses to generate PowerPoint slides, but it does provide a placeholder. I thank it and ask it to adapt my abstract into a VBA script. After running the code, it generates the PowerPoint slides.
Although the generated slides may not be exactly what we wanted, it saves us a ton of time. We can further tweak the slides by providing additional prompts to ChatGPT. By doing so, we can improve the background, bullet points, and overall appearance of the slides.
In conclusion, ChatGPT can be resistant at times, but with the right prompts and patience, you can get it to generate PowerPoint slides based on your requirements. It may not be perfect, but it can save you a lot of time and effort. I hope you find this video helpful. Please like, subscribe, and comment if you have any similar experiences with ChatGPT. Take care!
