Hello and welcome to our channel. In this video, we will show you how to generate and enhance PDF documents using ChatGPT, PDF.co, and Zapier.
To get started, open your Zapier account and create a new Zap. Navigate to the action step and add the ChatGPT app. Select the conversation option to send a chat to OpenAI and generate a text completion based on your input. Connect your ChatGPT account to Zapier to access your ChatGPT data.
Next, add another app and select the PDF.co app. Choose the HTML to PDF converter option to transform the generated document into a PDF format. Connect your PDF.co account to Zapier by adding the API key. Customize the parameters such as page orientation, page size, and margins according to your preferences.
After setting up the configuration, test the action to ensure that the document is generated correctly. Once the document is generated, copy the URL and paste it into your browser to view the output.
Now, let’s enhance the PDF document by adding annotations. Add the PDF.co app again and choose the PDF filler option. Configure the PDF.co settings by selecting the output URL of the generated PDF file. Specify the X and Y coordinates where you want to add the annotations, along with the page range. Input the text and notes you want to include in the PDF document, along with the desired font name, font size, and font color.
Test the action to verify that the annotations have been successfully added and the PDF document has been enhanced. Copy the URL provided and paste it into your web browser to view the output.
