When you see the error code ‘access denied’ on your screen, it means you will have to try a few different solutions to find one that works for you.
First, open the ChatGPT application and try logging into your account. If you’re trying to log in through a browser on your phone, you can try a different browser. Sometimes, a rogue extension or misconfigured setting in your web browser might be blocking access to ChatGPT. In that case, using a different web browser might help.
If that doesn’t work, you can try clearing the cache for your ChatGPT. Go to the settings on your phone, then go to ‘Apps and Notifications’. Find the ChatGPT app info page and go to ‘Storage and Cache’. Tap on ‘Clear Cache’ and then try logging in again.
If you’re still not able to log in and you still see the access denied message, you can try changing your IP using a VPN. Sometimes, traffic from your IP address or location might be restricted or limited due to suspicious reasons. By changing your IP address using a VPN, you can bypass these restrictions and access ChatGPT.
If none of these solutions work, you can reach out to OpenAI customer service for further assistance. Open the Chrome browser on your phone and go to help.openai.com. From there, you can send a message to their customer support and explain the access denied issue you’re facing. They will provide you with the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
