Ferris works for therapists and doctors of all kinds, so first, you are going to go to your health insurance website. Mine is Anthem, and you are going to find the section that lets you find care. Choose the type of doctor you are looking for, such as Behavioral Health for therapy or psychiatry.
Once you have a list of doctors covered by your insurance, take the first one on the list and search for their name. Copy and paste it to get the exact spelling.
Next, download and add the Web ChatGPT extension to your Chrome browser. This extension gives your chat internet access. Once installed, go to Google and search for the doctor’s name followed by ‘reviews on ZocDoc and other doctor rating sites’.
The Web ChatGPT extension will appear on the right-hand side. Select Bing as the search engine. It will search the web and display the results. If the doctor has zero ratings, it does not necessarily mean they are not good, but they may not be up to date with the latest technology. Proceed with caution. If you prefer doctors who are not up to date with the latest technology, give them a try.
Repeat this process for each doctor on the list. Replace their name in the search and check for reviews. Consider the ratings and reviews to make an informed decision.
Remember, doctors with fewer reviews may still be good. If you find a doctor you like, consider leaving them a review online to help others find them.
