Imagine you have a presentation in two hours, and you are well-versed in the subject matter. However, your slides are not ready. In such cases, we can utilize artificial intelligence to assist us. GPT chat, an AI-powered tool, can generate slide scripts quickly and objectively.
To demonstrate this, let’s take the example of cytoplasmic organelles. As a biologist, I am familiar with this subject and can easily correct any mistakes made by the AI. I will provide the necessary guidance to assemble the material.
First, I will copy the generated script from GPT chat and paste it into a Word document. Then, I will remove unnecessary elements like titles and semicolons. Next, I will convert the document into an outline format, ensuring the content is properly structured.
Once the outline is ready, I will save it as ‘Cytoplasmic Organelles’ and import it into PowerPoint. Using the outline slide feature, I can easily create individual slides for each organelle. PowerPoint even suggests relevant images based on the text.
It’s important to note that the AI suggestions may not always align perfectly with the subject. In such cases, it’s best to rely on your expertise and make necessary improvements. Remember, the goal is to save time and enhance the quality of your slides.
