Welcome back, guys! In this video, I’m going to show you how you can design a month’s worth of content in just a few clicks with the help of Canva and ChatGPT. The technique I’m about to show you is a real time-saver which will definitely boost your productivity.
The best thing is that you don’t need to have any writing or graphic design skills, as these tools are easy to use even as a beginner.
We’ll start by writing the posts with ChatGPT and then swap the contents, including the background images and the text, with a feature in Canva called Bulk Create.
Let’s get started! First of all, open ChatGPT. This is a very popular tool that can help you write articles, blog posts, emails, and so on. We’ll be using it to write the content for our posts. If you don’t have an account, you can register for free at chat.openhayhigh.com.
Next, ask ChatGPT to give you 35 quotes about wealth, success, money, and motivation, along with their authors, in a table format. ChatGPT will go ahead and give you 35 quotes that you can use for your Instagram posts. Although you need 30, it may generate some quotes that won’t be useful, such as quotes with unknown authors. You can discard those and choose from the others.
Now, let’s move on to Canva. Canva is the tool we’ll use to create the design. You can register for free if you don’t have an account. Click on ‘Create a Design’ at the upper right corner of your screen and search for the dimension you wish to design for. In this case, we are designing for Instagram, so choose the portrait size.
After the canvas has been loaded, you can search for templates that fit your work or scroll down to find one. For this tutorial, I’ll choose a template and show you how to customize it. This design will be the template that all other 30 designs will be created on. If you want to change the font or any other element, you can easily do so.
Now, let’s go back to ChatGPT and copy one of the quotes, preferably a long one. Go back to Canva and paste it in the text box. Scale it down and duplicate it. Go back to ChatGPT again to copy the author’s name and paste it in the second text box. You can change the font, size, and other formatting options as you like.
Repeat this process for the remaining quotes and authors. Once you have all the quotes and authors in place, it’s time to add the background images. Search for the images you want to use in Canva’s library or upload your own. Canva has a wide range of photos to choose from, so you’ll definitely find something that suits your needs.
Once you have the photos you want to use, go to Canva’s Bulk Create feature. This feature allows you to connect your quotes, authors, and images to create multiple designs at once. You can either manually enter the data or upload a CSV file. In this case, we’ll manually enter the data.
Copy the quotes from ChatGPT and paste them into the table in Canva. Do the same for the authors and images. Make sure everything is aligned correctly. Once you’re satisfied, click on ‘Generate 30 Pages’. Canva will generate the posts for you, and you can edit them as needed.
Finally, you can download the designs as PNG or JPEG files and start posting them directly to your social media accounts. Canva also allows you to schedule the posts for a later date if you’re on a paid plan.
Using Canva and ChatGPT’s Bulk Create feature can save you a lot of time and speed up your content production on social media. Whether you’re creating posts for Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform, this technique will make your life much easier.
