Welcome back! In this video, I’m going to show you how you can design a month’s worth of content in just a few clicks with the help of Canva and ChatGPT. This technique is a real-time saver and will definitely boost your productivity. The best thing is that you don’t need to have any writing or graphic design skills, as these tools are easy to use even for beginners.
To start, open ChatGPT, a popular tool that can help you write articles, blog posts, emails, and more. You can register for free at chat.openai.com. Once you have an account, ask ChatGPT to give you 35 quotes about wealth, success, money, and motivation, along with their authors, in a table format.
Next, open Canva, a design tool that you can also register for free. Choose the dimension for your design, such as the portrait size for Instagram. Select a template that fits your work or scroll through the options. This design will be the template for all your other designs.
Copy one of the quotes from ChatGPT and paste it into Canva. Scale it down and duplicate it. Copy the author’s name from ChatGPT and paste it into another text box. Customize the fonts, sizes, and colors as you like.
Add a background image from Canva’s library or upload your own. Resize and position the text and image to create a visually appealing design. You can add frames, lines, and other elements to enhance the design.
Once you’re happy with the design, save it and go back to ChatGPT. Copy more quotes and paste them into Canva. Repeat the process until you have all the quotes and images you need.
Now, use Canva’s bulk create feature to generate the 30 Instagram posts. Connect the data from the quotes, authors, and photos to the corresponding elements in Canva. Make sure everything looks right and click on generate. Canva will generate the posts for you.
Review the generated posts and make any necessary adjustments. You can edit the posts further if needed. Once you’re satisfied, you can download the posts as PNG or JPEG and start posting them directly to your social media accounts.
This process saves you a lot of time and speeds up your content production on social media. Canva’s bulk create feature is a paid feature, but it’s worth it for the time and effort it saves.
