If you don’t have the plugins enabled, make sure you have a Chat GBT Plus account. Go into your settings on your ChatGPT account and make sure you’ve enabled it on the beta feature. From here, all you need to do is go to the plugin store and install the two plugins: Web Pilot and Outreach.
Let’s start by exploring the capabilities of the Outreach plugin. We’ll ask some simple questions to get a full understanding of what this plugin can do. The main capabilities of the Outreach plugin include email information gathering, personalized email generation, company information extraction, and integration with other systems.
Now, let’s test the plugin by looking at some Los Angeles restaurants. The first restaurant we’ll look at is Fourth Street Baker, a bakery. We’ll search through their website to find their email and other relevant information using the Web Pilot plugin.
Next, we’ll generate a personalized sales email for a prospect with the email of Fourth Street Baker. We’ll use the variables provided by the plugin to customize the email with the prospect’s name, company name, position, and contact information.
Let’s try a different approach with Blue Jam Cafe, another restaurant in Los Angeles. This time, we’ll provide the link to their website and let the plugins do the rest. We’ll generate a personalized email for the service of an AI article generator, including specific context from the website.
Using these plugins, we can quickly and efficiently create personalized emails for outreach. This saves time compared to the traditional method of manually finding and understanding the values of a company. With ChatGPT and these plugins, we can expedite the process and generate personalized emails based on the provided information.
