Hey guys, it’s Ryan with AIInsiderTips.com. In this video, I’m going to show you how to create a PowerPoint presentation or any Google Slides presentation using Chat GBT and AI. It is important to note that I am using Chat GBT Plus for this example, as the free version of Chat GBT does not support the required plugins.
To get started, launch Chat GBT Plus and click on your account name. Then, click on the three dots and select ‘Settings in Beta’. In the beta features, enable the ‘Plugins’ option.
Once you have enabled plugins, go to the GBT4 section and hover over it. Click on ‘Plugins’ and you will see an option that says ‘No plugins enabled’. Click on it and then click on ‘Plugin Store’. Search for the ‘Smart Slides’ plugin and install it.
After installing the plugin, register your email to receive a code. Enter your email, skip ahead, and click on ‘Request Code’. Once you receive the code in your email, enter it in Chat GBT Plus and click on ‘Verify Code’. Then, click on ‘Authorize’.
You will be redirected to Chat GBT Plus, and you should see that the ‘Smart Slides’ plugin is checked. Make sure that any other plugins are unchecked for this to work.
Now, you need to prompt the tool. Enter the following prompt: ‘Create a PowerPoint presentation about why everyone should learn AI to improve their productivity and daily lives’. Customize the prompt with your own topic and target audience.
Click on ‘Send Message’ and wait for the smart slides plugin to formulate your PowerPoint presentation. Once it’s done, you can download the presentation.
The plugin will generate a PowerPoint file that you can open and use on your computer. Keep in mind that the output may not be very detailed or visually appealing with just one sentence as the input. To get better results, provide more detailed prompts.
That’s it! You now know how to use Chat GBT and AI to create a PowerPoint presentation in just minutes. Remember to remove any watermarks from the slides. I hope this tutorial was helpful, and I look forward to creating more AI tutorials like this in the future.
