To begin, open your zapier account and create a zap. Search and select the Google Sheets app and choose the new spreadsheet option. This will allow you to trigger automation when you create a new spreadsheet.

Next, connect your Google Sheets account to zapier to authorize access and retrieve data from your spreadsheets. Configure the trigger to specify your Google Drive as the designated storage drive for your spreadsheets.

Once the trigger is set up, test it to ensure everything is working correctly. After successfully testing the trigger, choose the exact spreadsheet where the data is stored.

Now, add the pdf.co app to convert the Google Sheets spreadsheet to a PDF format. Connect your pdf.co account to zapier by adding your API key. Configure the pdf.co settings to convert the spreadsheet to PDF format.

After configuring the settings, test the action to ensure your automation workflow is working correctly. The pdf.co will process the request and transform the Google Sheets spreadsheet into a PDF format.

To access the converted file, copy the generated URL and paste it into your preferred web browser. You can also analyze the text content of the PDF document using chatGPT.

Integrate the chatGPT app into your automation workflow and send a chat message to open Ai to generate completion. Connect your chatGPT account to zapier to authorize access.
