Hey everyone! I woke up this morning and saw a new feature on my GPT chat window - the ability to chat with images. OpenAI has surprised us with this capability, and it’s only the 5th of October! I thought we would have to wait much longer, but things are happening fast.
I also noticed that we now have the dully three capability that I was talking about the other day. We were hacking away at it through Bing.com/create. I will make another video on this, but for now, let’s focus on chatting with images.
I ran around the house and took a few images to test out the image recognition. The first image is a list of comparables in Broadbeach Waters. I want to know how good the image recognition is and if GPT can provide information about comparable sales in the area.
The second image is a magazine from Harcourts Coastal. I’m curious if GPT can determine the length or distance, such as the width of the spine and the number of pages in the document. This could be useful for taking measurements from photos.
Next, I have a photo of a kitchen cupboard with an unusual style. I often wonder about the architecture. GPT might be able to provide some insights.
Then, there’s a photo of an unrenovated bathroom in the house. I’m interested to know the era it comes from and how I might describe it in a listing description.
Lastly, I have a photo of some Macadamia shortbreads. As a vegan, I want to know if I can eat them. GPT can analyze the ingredients and let me know if they are vegan-friendly.
Overall, I’m amazed by the capabilities of GPT. It’s incredible that I can upload photos and get them analyzed. This opens up a world of possibilities, especially for real estate agents like me. I can quickly gather information about properties and make more informed decisions.
