Israel, can you tell us a bit about yourself and your background in the field of AI and recruitment?

Hello everybody, thank you for the great introduction. I am a data scientist at Elevatives, where I play a crucial role in building and implementing AI tools that make the recruitment process easier, accurate, and more effective. My background in AI started when I was a student at the university. I initially worked in the healthcare sector before moving to the recruitment sector. In the recruitment sector, my team and I are building interesting tools to facilitate the recruitment process. I’m excited to be here with you to share my insights and knowledge.

Recruiters face numerous challenges in today’s fast-paced world. One of the most significant challenges is finding candidates with the right skills and qualifications. It can be challenging to find the perfect candidate, especially when job requirements are complex. Another challenge is filtering through a high number of resumes and selecting the best candidates.
