You can easily design a question paper for any subject using ChatGPT. It requires no time and effort. All you need to do is provide the subject name and the syllabus.
Let’s get started without any delay. First, open the ChatGPT window and enter a message in the text box. For example, you can write ‘Please design a question paper on object-oriented programming structure.’ This is the subject for which you want to design the question paper.
If you prefer a general paper, you can leave it as it is. However, if you want the paper to cover specific topics, you need to specify them. Some example topics for object-oriented programming include objects and classes, function overloading, and inline functions.
Once you have provided the necessary information, you can see the format of the paper. The format includes 4 questions of 2 marks each, 3 questions of 4 marks each, and 2 questions of 8 marks each.
Now, let’s send the query and see the results. The system will generate 5 questions, out of which the student needs to attempt 4 questions. If you prefer, you can also select 4 questions from the generated set.
Next, the system will create a section B with 3 questions, each carrying 4 marks. The student needs to attempt 3 questions from this section. Similarly, there is a section C with 2 questions, each carrying 8 marks. The student needs to attempt 2 questions from this section.
In total, there are 3 sections. The system provides instructions below the paper. It advises the students to write their answers clearly and neatly, use appropriate code, and provide examples when required. The marks will be awarded based on the correctness, clarity of explanation, and code quality.
The system has designed a well-structured and comprehensive paper. It is a quick and efficient way to design a question paper using ChatGPT. You just need to provide the necessary instructions.
Suppose you want multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on the specified topics. You can pass a query like ‘Please design 20 MCQs on object-oriented programming.’ You can specify the topics you have already used. The system will generate 20 MCQs with answers or keys.
The system generates the MCQs very quickly. It provides instructions for each question. The questions are numbered from 1 to 20. For example, the first question is ‘What is the primary purpose of a class in OOPS?’ with 4 options. The correct answer is also provided.
If you want output-based questions, you can request the system to generate MCQs with output-based questions. For example, you can pass a query like ‘Please design 10 MCQs on object-oriented programming with output-based questions.’ The system will generate code snippets and answers for each question. You can also provide these questions to the students.
