One of my goals is to maintain a consistent exercise routine. I have set a goal to walk five kilometers every day from Monday to Friday. I have already completed four kilometers today, and I am determined to achieve my goal. I have also created a to-do list for today, which includes an hour of walking, prayer, cleaning the house, researching work for YouTube, and recording a video.
Another goal of mine is to focus on my health and fitness. While I am happy with my weight, I want to lose belly fat and tone my body. I have planned a three-month process to achieve this goal. I will start with walking for two weeks, then gradually incorporate jogging into my routine. By the third month, I hope to be able to run five kilometers without stopping. I am also making sure to stay hydrated by drinking two liters of water every day.
As a housewife, I have realized the importance of structure and order in running a household. I have started implementing certain habits and teaching my kids and husband to assist me at home. I believe that by creating a routine and involving everyone in household tasks, I can maintain a well-organized and efficient home.
Decorating my house is another aspect I am focusing on. I want to add small touches like carpets, vases, and lights to make my house look nicer. I have also set a goal to buy household items regularly to improve the overall appearance of my home.
In addition to managing my household, I treat my YouTube channels as a business. I have three channels: Lindy Cherries, where I teach about crypto; My Trip with Lindy Cherries, which focuses on spiritual content; and Lindy Shares This Lifestyle, where I document my personal experiences. I have set goals for each channel and work on creating different content to keep my viewers engaged.
To stay organized and focused on my goals, I use an app called Habitica. It helps me track my habits, set daily tasks, and earn rewards as I achieve my goals. This app has been instrumental in helping me navigate my day and ensure that I stay on track.
In conclusion, creating structure and order in my life has been essential for my personal development and overall well-being. By setting goals, developing positive habits, and staying organized, I am able to live a fulfilling and productive life. I encourage you to do the same and take control of your life.
