Hi there, everyone! My name is Pritam, and I welcome you all to this channel today. In this video, I will be talking about the best way to create a PowerPoint presentation in just a few minutes. I’m not going to say it can be done in a few clicks because that is not really practical and usable. So, here we will see how we can create a long, detailed, and crisp presentation utilizing Chart GPT in a few minutes.
To get started, first, open Chart GPT. If you haven’t started using Chart GPT yet, simply go to chatgpt.openai.com and sign up. After creating your account, sign in and you’re ready to go. In this video, I will be using Chart GPT 3.5, which is free and accessible to everyone.
Let’s say I want to create a video on understanding climate change. I want to create a detailed PowerPoint presentation on this topic. To do this, we need to structure the presentation into three components: the title, the subtitle or bullet points, and relevant images for each slide. It’s important to create 18 slides for this detailed presentation.
Not only that, but you can also add your own custom topics that need to be covered. For example, the effect of gasoline-powered cars or automobiles in climate change. You can ask Chart GPT to add such topics.
Once you have the content ready, you can use Microsoft Office to create the PowerPoint presentation. Go to office.com or use Office for web, which is a free software. Create a document instead of a PowerPoint presentation and paste the content into it. You can customize the text color and delete unnecessary components.
To add relevant images, you can use the smart search feature in Microsoft Office. It will provide you with suitable pictures based on your prompts. You can then customize the slides further by deleting backgrounds and using the designer feature.
In this way, you can create a PowerPoint presentation that is relevant, visually appealing, and exactly the way you want it. It’s a perfect combination of human creativity and AI enhancement. Remember, it’s important to rely on human creativity rather than completely relying on AI, as AI-generated presentations can often be messy.
