Welcome to Crafty Becky Tutorials! In today’s episode, we will be making a printable weekly planner. As a subscriber, you have the opportunity to vote on what we do each day. Unfortunately, I couldn’t create a video yesterday due to technical difficulties, but I plan to make it up with this weekly planner tutorial.
To create the planner, I used Canva and ChatGPT. I started by creating a design in Canva with the dimensions 8.5 by 11 inches. Then, I went to ChatGPT and typed ‘create a weekly planner for January 2014 in plain text.’ ChatGPT generated a bunch of weeks with dates for January.
I copied the first week and pasted it into Canva. I added some space between the days to leave room for writing. I also added boxes to separate the days and used a serif font for the headings. I colored the boxes with a dusty rose color to give it a classy look.
I repeated this process for the remaining weeks of January and then moved on to February. I encountered a split month, so I had to adjust the layout accordingly. I continued this process for the rest of the months.
Creating a weekly planner using ChatGPT and Canva is a time-saving method. It eliminates the need to manually number the days and allows for easy customization. I hope you found this tutorial helpful. If you have any suggestions for future tutorials, please let me know. Don’t forget to subscribe to be part of the Crafty family. Thank you for watching!
