Hi guys, this is Isai Sharma and in this video, we will discuss how to create a PowerPoint presentation using Chat GPD. We will take an example or a case study where we have a task to explain the marketing strategy to improve the sales of a product, such as computers. Doing it manually can be time-consuming, so we will use Chat GPD to generate the text for the marketing strategy.
To start, log in to Chat GPD at chat.open.com. The prompt is already ready. Check our PP and then create a PowerPoint presentation script of four slides. We want Chat GPD to create four slides with the marketing strategy that tells the audience how to boost the sales of computers.
Copy the generated text and paste it into the slides. Designing the slides manually can be time-consuming, so we can create the slides dynamically using programming. We can use VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) code for this. If you don’t have knowledge of VBA coding, you can ask Chat GPD to generate the VBA code for creating the slides.
To generate the VBA code, write a prompt asking Chat GPD to write the VBA code for four slides for the PowerPoint presentation. Along with the heading, ask for a summary of the information. Make sure to mention not to use placeholders.
Copy the generated VBA code and go to PowerPoint. Check if the developer option is enabled. If not, enable it by going to File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Developer. Click on Visual Basic and insert a module. Paste the VBA code here.
Now, click the green button to generate the slides. You will see the slides have been generated with the title, understanding the market, and details. This is how you can generate PowerPoint slides using VBA code.
Another method is to use Microsoft 365. Log in to Microsoft 365 and click on Word. Create a blank document and paste the text generated by Chat GPD. Go to File > Export > Export to PowerPoint. Choose a theme from the library and click Export.
Your presentation is ready. You can see the slides on the left side. This is how you can generate PowerPoint slides from text using Microsoft 365.
