At first glance, you might wonder what’s so special about it. However, after thorough research, I was astounded by the earnings potential of such seemingly simple storybooks.
For instance, take a look at this book with over 23,000 ratings, priced at $26.47. Simple math reveals that the seller has earned more than $615,000 from this single book. And that’s not all, there are more success stories like this one. The best part? You can publish these books on Amazon KDP for free.
This revelation led me to think, why not create a similar book using chatGPT, publish it on Amazon, and enjoy a stream of passive income? With that goal in mind, I created this video to assist as many people as possible.
Creating a compelling storybook begins with a captivating story idea. I tasked a chatbot with generating a title for a children’s storybook, and it came up with ‘The Magical Adventures of Ren and Willow.’ It sounded like an exciting starting point.
I asked the chatbot for further details about the story, and it revealed a tale of young readers embarking on a whimsical journey through a magical forest filled with wonder and friendship. I was enthralled by the concept and decided to proceed with it.
The next step involved outlining the story. The chatbot generated chapters, each with detailed scenes. These chapters served as the foundation for our story. With a story outline in hand, we began crafting the actual content based on these chapters. Simply paste each chapter into the chat, set the prompt for a rhythmic story, and review the output. If you’re not satisfied, you can regenerate until it meets your expectations.
In just a short time, we had a complete story ready for conversion into a book, all without having to write anything ourselves. The speed at which we developed the story idea and content is truly remarkable.
However, the most astonishing part is yet to come. While a compelling story is essential, illustrations play a crucial role in enhancing its appeal. Commissioning artists for illustrations can be expensive, but what if I told you that all the images you see here were created using an AI generator?
AI generators, such as Mid Journey, offer a fantastic experience for generating original images from text prompts. Once you’ve joined the Journey’s Discord server, you can witness a constant stream of newly generated images from millions of users. To create your image, initiate a prompt by typing ‘/imagine’ and then describe the image you desire.
Refer back to the story chapters you generated earlier and copy the relevant text, such as ‘Ren and Willow, two friends living in a magical forest.’ With this text, initiate a prompt by typing ‘/imagine’ followed by your chapter topic.
After generating the images, you’ll have two sets of buttons: ‘U1’ and ‘U2’ for upscaling your chosen image, and ‘V1’, ‘V2’, ‘V3’, and ‘V4’ for generating variations in a similar style. To recap, if you select ‘U1’, it will upscale the first image, while ‘V1’ will create variations of that image. After making your selections, you can repeat this process for all the images you need for your book.

Once your images are ready, it’s time to combine the text generated by ChatGPT with the visuals created by My Journey. Creating a professional-looking storybook is a breeze with Canva. Begin by searching for a storybook template on Canva’s website and select ‘Create a Blank Storybook.’
Next, upload the generated images to Canva and insert your first image into the template. Then, copy and paste the text from ChatGPT onto the image, allowing you to customize the text appearance. You could adjust the font style, color, add shadows, and more.
Canva is user-friendly and doesn’t require design expertise, making it an ideal choice. And it’s free to use. Once you’ve completed the first page, duplicate the template to maintain a consistent style across all pages, saving you valuable time as you add new images and text while retaining the same design.
Repeat this process for each chapter until your book is complete. Finally, save your book as a PDF for printing.
