Challenging Exercises: Muscle Up, Pistol Squat, Dragon Flag, One Arm Push-Up, and Human Flag

I asked your GPT to give me five challenging exercises, so keep watching to find out which challenges I was given and whether or not I was able to perform them.

The first challenge given to me was the muscle up. I know it’s not the best-looking muscle, but according to the instructions given by CH GPT, I think I was able to get it. So I’ll take that as a win.

Moving on to the next challenge given to me, the pistol squat. Now, this is one of the exercises that I do during my morning workout routine, so it shouldn’t be a problem. I’ll do five of them and then we’ll move on to the next challenge.

Stranded in the open, dried out tears of sorrow. All emotion. That’s it, guys. Pistol squats done.

Moving on to the next challenge. The next challenge that was given to me was the dragon flag, Bruce Lee’s invention. I’m going to give it a shot and see how many I’m going to pull off. I’m going to try and do at least three.

Dragon flag done. Now moving on to my next challenge that was given to me, one-arm push-up.

Fourth challenge, one-arm push-up done. Now moving on to my final challenge, the human flag. The last one was quite challenging. I wasn’t able to do it, but of course, I’m going to practice and then come back and try it out.
