Good afternoon everybody, welcome back! Today we are going to be diving back into the Foundation Series. In this series, I will be covering the ultimate ChatGPT guidebook for real estate agents. This is an e-book that we wrote, and it will take you from not knowing where to start on AI all the way to understanding and being able to use ChatGPT successfully.
You can pick up your own copy of this e-book at workflowsecrets.info/wfs-gpt-guide. It will give you access to the PDF for $39. The reason it’s a PDF is because it is constantly evolving. We recently updated it, and we wanted to make sure that we didn’t print something that you would get stuck with. But if you’re not sold on picking up your own copy, no problem! This entire playlist is built out, covering each and every section in the book. By the end of this series, you will be able to watch every single video for free and gain the understanding and knowledge to be successful.
Today, we are covering how we can build better prompts using four frameworks: user-centered design, task-oriented design, intent-based design, and action-outcome design.
The user-centered design framework emphasizes the importance of understanding your design needs and goals as the user. You can ask ChatGPT to help conduct user research to understand target audiences and their needs. Based on what you learn, you can create personas to inform design prompts. Testing those prompts and gathering feedback is crucial.
The task-oriented design framework focuses on designing prompts that effectively guide users towards completing specific tasks. Break down complex tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. Design prompts that guide the user through each step and provide clear instructions and feedback.
The intent-based design framework involves designing prompts based on the intent behind the user’s request. Design prompts that are clarifying questions to better understand the intentions. Classify the user’s intent based on their requests and provide relevant and appropriate responses.
The action-outcome design framework involves designing prompts that help users understand the actions they need to take and the outcomes that can be expected as a result. Design prompts that explain the actions and provide examples of the outcomes. Encourage the user to take actions by highlighting the benefits.
These frameworks can help real estate agents build better prompts and improve their interactions with ChatGPT. By utilizing these frameworks, agents can create more effective and efficient prompts that lead to desired outcomes.
In our software, the Systems Accelerator Manager, we have implemented task-oriented design. We have created a feature called ‘Build My Elements’ that breaks down complex tasks into actionable steps. This feature provides real estate agents with a roadmap to follow, making it easier to implement automations and systems in their business.
The goal is to give real estate agents a clear starting point and guide them through the process of building and scaling their business. By utilizing AI and systems, agents can streamline their workflows and achieve success.
If you’re interested in learning more, you can pick up a copy of our e-book, ‘Best Workflow Secrets,’ which covers these concepts in more detail. The link is in the description.
I hope you found these frameworks helpful. Remember, you are the real estate expert, and I’m here to help you leverage AI and systems to grow your business. Have a great day!
