The technique I’m about to show you is a real game-changer, especially for those who struggle with creating engaging content consistently. We’ll use ChatGPT, a powerful tool for generating content. The best part? You don’t need to be a skilled writer or graphic designer to ace this. Let’s get started.
Step 1: Content Creation with ChatGPT First, head over to ChatGPT and log into your account. Once you’re in, tell ChatGPT to give you 30 quotes about wealth, success, money, and motivation, along with their authors, in a table format. You can get this ChatGPT prompt in the description down below.
Step 2: Design with Canva Now, open Canva and, if you don’t have an account, sign up for free using the link in the description. Click on ‘Create a Design,’ and for this tutorial, we’ll choose portrait size since we’re designing for Instagram reels and YouTube shorts. Once the canvas is loaded, search for a template that fits your style or scroll down to choose one that resonates with your brand. This template will be the foundation for all your content designs, so take your time in finding the perfect one.
Next, head back to ChatGPT, copy one of the quotes, paste it into the text box, and style it to your liking. Duplicate the text box for the author’s name and make the necessary adjustments to the fonts, sizes, and colors. Now, copy the author’s name and paste it in the second box. You can style it however you like, and if you need any help, you guys can ask me in the comment section.
Step 3: Adding Images and Bulk Create Now comes the fun part. Go to Canva and click on the ‘Apps’ section and search for ‘Bulk Create.’ Once you find this icon, click it and add it to Canva. Now, go back to ChatGPT and copy the full table.
Once you copy the table, come back to Canva and click on ‘Enter Data Manually.’ Once you click it, you will see this ‘Add Data Table.’ Firstly, click on ‘Clear Table,’ which will clear all previous data. Now, click on the first box and paste the data which you have copied from ChatGPT.
Now, you can see all your data is in table format. Once you paste your data, click on ‘Done.’ Now, you will come to the second step where you need to connect your data with elements. So, first, right-click on the first box where you have pasted your quote. You will see an option to connect data. Click that and select ‘Quote.’ Now, right-click on the author name box again, click on ‘Connect Data,’ and select ‘Author.’ Now, all your data in the table are connected.
Now, the final step. Click on ‘Continue’ and then click on ‘Generate Pages.’ After clicking on ‘Generate Pages,’ a new tab will open where you can see all your reels are created at once with the quotes and author names. Now, simply click on ‘Share’ and then ‘Download.’ You need to check this box: ‘Download Pages as Separate Files’ else it will be downloaded as a single video. Now, simply click on ‘Download.’ Once you download, you can upload these videos to your reels and shorts, and you can even schedule this so you don’t have to upload daily.
