Beyond the Hype: What You Really Need to Know About Chad GPT

Chad GPT, also known as Chat GBT5, has witnessed a massive uptick in the buzzword AI, with companies flexing their muscles and implementing tools that seek simple’s tax prompts from users and perform something incredible. At the center of this glamor lies Chad GBT Chop GPT Pep GPT, the popular chat-based AI tool capable of human-like conversation.

Chad GPT, however, isn’t perfect. Users of Chad GBT found that the bot can generate misinformation and correctly answer coding problems and produce errors in basics. But despite its flaws, the rise of Chad GBT has sparked debates over whether it will replace jobs. The conversation on whether AI will automate jobs is nothing new. A 2013 University of Oxford study found that 47% of U.S jobs could be eliminated by AI over the next 20 years.

The current widely used version of Chad GBT is based on OpenAI’s GPT 3.5, a large language model that uses natural language processing (NLP) with machine learning. Since its release in November 2022, Chad GBT has been used to write cover letters, create children’s books, and even help students cheat on their essays.

ad GPT 3.5 was succeeded by GPT 4 in March 2023, which brought massive improvements to the chatbot, including the ability to input images as prompts and support third-party applications through plugins. But just months after GPT 4 was released, AI enthusiasts have been anticipating the release of the next version of the language model, GPT 5, with huge expectations about advancements to its intelligence.

OpenAI released GPT 3 in June 2020 and followed it up with newer versions internally referred to as DaVinci 002 in March 2022 and DaVinci 003, widely known as GPT 3.5, with the release of Chad GBT in November 2022, followed by GBT4’s release in March 2023. Based on the trajectory of previous releases, OpenAI may not release GPT 5 for several months. It may further be delayed due to a general sense of panic that AI tools like Chad GBT have created around the world.

GPT 4 sparked multiple debates around the ethical use of AI and how it may be detrimental to humanity. It was shortly followed by an open letter signed by hundreds of tech leaders, educationists, and dignitaries, including Elon Musk and Steve Wozniak, calling for a pause on the training of systems more advanced than GBT4.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has claimed at least twice that OpenAI is not working on GBT5. At a press event organized by the Economic Times in June 2023, Altman said, ‘We have a lot of work to do before GBT5. It takes a lot of time. We are nowhere close to it.’

Anticipation and concerns around artificial general intelligence (AGI) have led to speculations linking GPT5 to AGI. Tools like Auto GBT give us a peek into the future when AGI has been realized. AGI is the stage when machines would have a self-aware consciousness that has the ability to solve problems, learn, and plan for the future. AGI is still a theoretical concept, but the recent boom and Chad GPT’s popularity have led to speculations about its arrival.

While it may be an exaggeration to expect GPT5 to conceive AGI, especially in the next few years, the possibility cannot be completely ruled out. There is still a huge leap required in AI technology, but we have started to witness history in the making. Artificial intelligence is fast, accurate, yet emotionless, whereas humans are slow and inaccurate but brilliant in terms of execution.
