To begin, visit the ChatGPT website and ask the chat bot to generate a fully functioning MQL4 4X trading robot. Within minutes, ChatGPT will provide you with the code that can execute buy and sell orders based on your commands. Make sure to copy the code for later use.
Next, download the MT4 software from the internet. Go to Google.com and search for 'MT4 download'. Scroll down and find the version provided by Awanda, a top Forex broker. Download and install the software on your computer. Please note that MT4 requires a standard computer or Mac, and cannot be used on a Chromebook or mobile device.
Once you have downloaded Awanda's version of MT4, open the Meta Editor software that comes bundled with it. Create a new expert advisor template and give it a name, such as 'ChatGPT'. Paste the code generated by ChatGPT into the editor. Save and compile the script to ensure there are no errors.
Now, go back to the MT4 platform and insert the bot. In the Expert Advisors section, you should see 'ChatGPT'. Drag and drop it onto your chart. A pop-up window will appear. Make sure to check the 'Live trade-in' option to enable the bot to execute trades. Click OK to activate the bot.
You will notice a sad face icon next to the bot's name on the chart. This indicates that the bot is not yet trading. To enable trading, click on 'Auto trade-in' in the top menu. The sad face should now turn into a smiley face, indicating that the bot is live and ready to execute trades.
